How does collection & delivery work?
I will pick up your bike from the Swindon area from a home or work location & drop off once the work has been completed. All applicable COVID-19 guidelines will be followed.
How long does your repair service take?
This will depend on any parts required and whether they need to be ordered. Options will be discussed at the time of booking.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment is due prior to delivery by bank transfer, or by cash on delivery. An email invoice with details of the work completed will be provided.
Where do you source replacement parts?
Replacement parts will typically be the standard manufacturer such as Shimano, any alternatives will be discussed & agreed prior to completing work.
